Current listings for Aticos in Valencia include a 35M2, one bedroom witches broom cupboard for over 200k and no end of Frankenstein style add ons to concierges top floor lodgings, these are mostly undeclared builds, impossible to finance and will make you want to cower under the stairs and close your eyes until they go away.. . Increasing the budget up to Golden Visa standard obviously brings better results but some shockers still remain….. . . Small Duplex with too many stairs? Eeeeek! . Russian Owner who only wants Rubles or Bitcoin? Arghhhhh!. Nightmare on Jesus Street who insists on Cash Payment? OMG, Run!. 570k in Nou Moles? Nou Thanks. . Thankfully there is one good option, literally one, scary stuff, but better than none, and here it is, a large single floor penthouse with amazing terrace and views over the Plaza España, fairly liveable as is but with some clever sorcery and magic renovation you can conjure up a wizard home. . . We even have a secret potion for the price so, who you gonna call? . . Mwahahahahaha, or something. Los listados actuales de Áticos en Valencia incluyen un armario de escoba de bruja de 35M2 y un dormitorio por más de 200k y un sinfín de complementos estilo Frankenstein para alojamientos de conserjería en el último piso; en su mayoría son construcciones no declaradas, imposibles de financiar y que harán que quieras esconderte bajo el escaleras y cierra los ojos hasta que desaparezcan.. . Aumentar el presupuesto hasta el estándar Golden Visa obviamente trae mejores resultados, pero aún quedan algunas sorpresas.... . ¿Pequeño dúplex con demasiadas escaleras? ¡Eeeeek!. ¿Propietario ruso que sólo quiere rublos o Bitcoin? ¡Arghhhhh!. Pesadilla en la calle Jesús ¿quién insiste en el Pago en Efectivo? ¡Dios mío, corre!. ¿570k en Nou Moles? Nou gracias. . Afortunadamente, hay una buena opción, literalmente una, que da miedo, pero mejor que ninguna, y aquí está, un gran ático de una sola planta con una terraza increíble y vistas a la Plaza España, bastante habitable como está, pero con algunas hechicerías inteligentes y una renovación mágica. puedes evocar un hogar mágico.. . Incluso tenemos una poción secreta por ese precio, así que, ¿a quién llamarás?. . Mwahahahahaha, o algo así.
