De plus, autour de la piscine et de toute la maison se trouve une grande pelouse, qui comprend un étang d'eau naturel, idéal pour une agréable promenade tout en contemplant le paysage. Deux porches équipés à cet effet vous invitent à savourer un délicieux déjeuner ou dîner préparé au barbecue. Le terrain est clôturé et bénéficie d'une totale intimité. La maison, sur deux étages, se distingue par son style rustique en pierre. Dès votre entrée, vous êtes accueillis dans une pièce confortable où vous pourrez regarder la télévision par satellite et vous émerveiller du caractère apporté par votre poêle à bois décoratif. La grande cuisine-salle à manger dispose d'une cuisinière à gaz, d'un bar avec tabourets et d'une cheminée. Cet étage est complété par une salle de bain avec baignoire et deux chambres, toutes deux avec un lit double. Au premier étage se trouvent les deux autres chambres, également dotées d'un lit double, d'une terrasse indépendante meublée et d'une salle de bain en suite. L'une des salles de bains dispose d'une douche et d'une baignoire et l'autre salle de bains ne dispose que d'une baignoire. Les quatre chambres sont équipées de climatisation, ventilateur et armoire. Pour l'hiver, la maison dispose du chauffage central. Si vous voyagez avec un bébé, nous pouvons vous préparer un berceau et une chaise haute. Il y a une buanderie avec lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer et planche à repasser. Son Carrió est une petite ville appartenant à Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, située tout près des plages de Sa Coma et S'Illot et du Golf de Pula à Son Servera. Bien qu'il soit petit, ils y trouvent tous les services de base nécessaires, dont un arrêt de bus. A environ 9 km en voiture, vous trouverez la ville de Manacor, connue pour sa fabrication de meubles de qualité.
