Αυθεντικός παραδοσιακός μανιάτικος πύργος 1869. Ο πύργος έχει τρία επίπεδα. Είναι στατικά τέλειο (χωρίς σχισμές, ανοίγματα και ρωγμές) Ωστόσο, το κτίριο χρειάζεται κάποια επισκευή όπως πόρτες και παράθυρα και δάπεδα. Το υπάρχον κέλυφος αποτελεί τεκμήριο τόσο λαογραφικής παράδοσης όσο και οικοδομικής τεχνικής και τεχνολογίας.
