Tiene una terraza en la parte delantera, de 20 m2, con una mesa para 4 personas, además en la parte trasera de la casa cuenta con un precioso y tranquilo jardín de césped de unos 35m2 con una sombrilla y dos tumbonas, una barbacoa y una mesa para 6 personas para disfrutar de las cenas veraniegas al aire libre. El adosado localizado en una planta baja de 105m2 y sin vecinos encima, es ideal para parejas con niños. En el salón hay AC y un cómodo sofá para 6 plazas donde podréis descansar, ver la tele, leer un buen libro o echaros una buena siesta. La cocina independiente tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar durante vuestras vacaciones; una tostadora, cafetera, horno de gas, cocina de gas y nevera con congelador. Evidentemente también hay lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. La casa tiene tres dormitorios con AC. Uno de los dormitorios tiene una cama de matrimonio, otro tiene dos camas individuales y el tercero tiene otras dos camas individuales en forma de litera. Hay un baño con una bañera. Si viajan con su bebé, podemos proporcionarles una cuna y una trona. La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta ya que todo lo necesario es accesible a pie; un montón de restaurantes, bares, tiendas, supermercados, una parada de taxis, un centro médico y una parada de bus. El bus pasa cada 15 minutos en dirección a Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença u otras direcciones como por ejemplo Palma. En el Puerto de Alcúdia hay todo tipo de restaurantes, actividades de ocio y tiendas. El supermercado grande más cercano está en la carretera del pueblo de Alcúdia hacia Can Picafort, cerca de una gasolinera a unos 300m de la casa. El casco antiguo de Alcúdia, con sus calles adoquinadas, merece una visita; sus plazas, la iglesia y las murallas que rodean la ciudad. Los martes y domingos son días de mercado en Alcúdia y el pueblo se transforma en un lugar bullicioso y lleno de vida. No os olvidéis de visitar las ruinas romanas, muy recomendables. En coche o bus podéis llegar muy fácilmente a otras áreas como Playa de Muro, Ca’n Picafort, Playa de Formentor o Puerto de Pollença. Cala de San Vicente también merece la pena. El pueblo de Pollença y su pequeña iglesia en lo alto de la colina (Calvari) pueden ser una buena opción para una excursión de medio día. Para subir al Calvari hay que subir una escalera con 365 peldaños, ¡pero las vistas merecen mucho la pena! Para posibles gastos adicionales, consultar con el anunciante. No aceptamos mascotas.
