El complejo en el que se ubica ofrece piscinas comunitarias, pistas deportivas, zona de juegos infantil y bonitos jardines. Ya en el apartamento, la terraza privada frente al jardín es perfecta para relajarse después de una jornada repleta de actividades. El acogedor apartamento se encuentra en la planta baja y cuenta con el equipamiento necesario para disfrutar de sus días libres. La sala comedor ofrece Smart TV, aire acondicionado y mesa de comedor. La cocina es independiente y dispone de fogones de gas, lavadora, un práctico lavavajillas y zona de comedor.
