Il n’est pas loin de la fin d’un cul-de-sac tranquille qui culmine dans un sentier pédestre autour du terrain de cricket de Broadstairs, il est donc idéal pour tous ceux qui aiment le son du cuir sur le saule et est un endroit idéal pour promener le chien. La région est également très sécurisée, calme et tranquille. Il y a d’excellentes écoles locales à distance de marche, tandis que le centre-ville et les plages de sable ne sont qu’à une courte distance. Vous pouvez marcher dans la ruelle voisine jusqu’à la route principale pour le bus LOOP ou jusqu’au dépanneur local / bureau de poste et à la station Dumpton Park, bien que les trains soient plus rapides vers Londres, Canterbury et Ashford depuis Ramsgate, qui n’est qu’à trois kilomètres.
