Les 5 chambres sont équipées d'une armoire, de la climatisation et du chauffage. Au rez-de-chaussée, nous trouvons une chambre avec deux lits simples et une salle de bain avec douche. Les 4 autres se trouvent au premier étage, deux avec un lit double et deux avec deux lits simples. Trois salles de bains avec baignoire se trouvent au premier étage, dont une en suite. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont disponibles. La maison se trouve à seulement 1,7 km de Búger, une jolie petite ville, et à 4,5 km de Sa Pobla, où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour. La ville de Pollença est également relativement proche. C'est une belle ville qui mérite d'être visitée, vous pourrez y profiter de ses rues pavées et de tous les petits commerces du quartier ; Vous pouvez monter au Calvari, une ancienne église située dans la partie haute de la ville, d'où vous pourrez profiter de vues spectaculaires. À seulement 20 minutes en voiture, vous rejoindrez les plages de Ses Casetes des Capellans et de Ca'n Picafort, où vous pourrez passer la journée sur une plage de sable fin et déguster un cocktail en admirant le coucher de soleil. Dans les environs, il y a de bons restaurants pour manger de la paella qui offrent des vues incroyables. La promenade de Ca'n Picafort est très animée et contraste avec la tranquillité des Playas de Muro. Nous vous recommandons également de vous rendre dans la région d'Alcúdia, où se trouvent des criques aux eaux cristallines. The outside areas (and even some walls in the house) are hand-hewn stone. The farm is situated on a plot of 70.000 m2, which has fruit trees and chickens. The privacy of the property is total. There is a saltwater pool of 50 m2 with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m. Around this pool there are 8 deck-chairs and an umbrella for you to relax while sunbathing. Right in front of the pool, there is a covered area with a sink and several cupboards, where you can prepare small snacks by the pool. There is a 700 m2 terrace, which is also furnished. Upon entering the house you will find a cosy furnished hall and a comfortable living-dining room. There you can relax and unwind by watching satellite TV, a DVD movie or reading a good book. The dining room consists of a furnished area where you can enjoy great meals and dinner with your loved ones. Just off the dining room, there is a fantastic room with stone walls and a dome-shaped roof. The separate kitchen uses gas and is fully-equipped. You can enter the toilet from the kitchen. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This house offers 5 lovely bedrooms, each with a closet, A/C and heating. There's one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom on the ground floor. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the first floor, two with a double bed and two with two single beds each. A cot and a high chair available. Three bathrooms with bathtub can be found on the first floor, 1 of them en-suite. The house is just 1.7 km from Búger, a nice little village, and 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, a town with all possible amenities. Located a few kilometers away, the lovely town of Pollença is worth a visit. Walk around its beautiful cobbled streets and all the little shops in the area, climb the 365 steps up to the Calvari –a small church on top of the hill-, which will give you magnificent views over the region. Only a 20-minute drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Spend a day on the sandy beach and have a cocktail while enjoying the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants to eat good paella, some with stunning views of the bay of Alcúdia. The promenade of Can Picafort is lively and contrasts with the tranquillity of Platges de Muro. It is also advisable to approach the area of Alcúdia, where there are coves with crystal clear waters. Apart from the north, you can visit the beaches of the east of Mallorca, small sandy and rocky beaches perfect for nature lovers. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family.
