The terrain is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy, as there are no direct neighbors. The house itself is a former country house, totally reformed, luminous and modernly decorated with quality furniture. The 80m2 are all ground floor. The living- and dining kitchen counts with large glass doors to let the sunbeams come in. There is a sofa and two armchairs, satellite TV, wifi and a dining table for 4. The kitchenette counts with an induction hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary furniture to prepare your favorite dishes. The bedrooms, each with their own, luminous style, all count with air conditioning. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms each count with two single beds. One of them has a wardrobe and access to the garden, while the other counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A third bathroom is for general use and counts with a shower. In this bathroom, you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. Situated in Campos, at only 12km from the beautiful, natural beach Es Trenc. You can visit the salt factory “Sa Salinera” or the Thursday- and Saturday market. In Son Antem, at 20km, there is a golf course. Cabo Salinas is also worth a visit. The Jacuzzi has only cold water. It can't be heated. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
