Localização de excelência perto da Barragem de Odeleite onde se constrói uma praia fluvial. A 18 km da costa. Ótimos acessos. Localizado na N122 à saída do IC27, o que permite um fácil e rápido acesso a Odeleite, Alcoutim, Espanha e a costa a sul.
Distribui-se em duas zonas com acessos horizontais e caminhos de circulação. Composto por 27 quartos, instalações sanitárias completas e varanda, com capacidade para 54 camas fixas no total, sendo que 3 desses quartos estão adaptados para pessoas com mobilidade condicionada.
A zona comum consiste no átrio, na receção e bengaleiro, zona de estar, sala de jogos, uma sala de refeições com capacidade para 50 lugares, um conjunto de instalações sanitárias gerais adaptadas para utilizadores com mobilidade condicionada.
As zonas complementares consistem em SPA, constituído por piscina com jacuzzi, ginásio, banho turco e sauna. Existem igualmente duas piscinas exteriores.
Como atividades pretende-se a colocação de um parque infantil, bicicletas para alugar, um campo de ténis, a criação de um circuito de manutenção ao longo de toda a área onde se insere o empreendimento e a criação de um lago de recreio.
