The Vinha dOrdem is located in Amieira do Tejo, part of the União de Freguesias de Arez e Amieira do Tejo. It is a small estate that is believed to have once belonged to a religious order, possibly the Knights of Crato or the Templars. While this project was initiated, various challenges prevented it from fully achieving its goals, leading the family to terminate the process and decide to sell the propertys assets.Despite these setbacks, Vinha dOrdem has preserved, enhanced, and modernized its core features. Improvements include the installation of a generator, photovoltaic panels, high-pressure pumps, and a borehole, in addition to the estates five existing wells and a permanent and inexhaustible spring. The spring feeds a 60,000-liter tank and, along with the high-pressure pumps, supports a drip irrigation system that covers the entire property. This system also supplies water to the houses and could support the operation of a swimming pool or other water-dependent structures.The estates exceptionally fertile soil allows for the cultivation of a wide range of crops, including pasture, olive groves, fruit trees, vegetables, and aromatic herbs. There is a dedicated 500 m² area ready for aromatic herb cultivation. The land is fenced, prepared for various agricultural activities, and suitable for livestock. Some ancient orange trees remain and bear fruit between May and June.The property includes three houses:Casa da Fonte (75 m²), which is habitable;
