Close to Estepona marina, so only a five minute walk to restaurants, bars, cafes and two supermarkets. There are two beaches close by - Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo within a seven-minute walk, both of which offer Chiringuito beach bars/restaurants. The apartment offers a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower which has access to the terrace and a twin bedroom with two single beds which uses the family shower room. The comfortable lounge/diner has seating for four guests and offers a flat screen television with high-speed fibre optic internet connection plus international television channels including UK and European languages. From the lounge you have access to the large south facing terrace through sliding patio-style doors. On the sunny balcony you'll find comfortable exterior dining for four guests, plus comfortable sofa-style relaxers for four and two sun loungers. The kitchen offers all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven. The community provides two swimming pools surrounded by lovely gardens. This family apartment is located in the popular Puerto Alto Estepona apartment complex, just a five minutes’ walk to Estepona Marina, with its abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes and two supermarkets. On the lower level your find Reinaldo’s bar for its people watching and happy hour. There are two beaches (Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo) within a seven-minute walk. Both have chiringuito beach bars for snacks and drinks during the day and evening. Playa la Rada has soft sand and shallow water, which is ideal for younger children. Located about 12 minutes’ walk along the sea front, you'll find the old town of Estepona with its quaint cobbled streets and pretty flower lined avenues. Head towards Plaza de las Flores for the centre of the old town and a refreshing ice cream at the Heladeria. Here you’ll also find the main shopping street of La Terraza, with its boutique shops.
