Welcome to a spacious and charming archipelago house in a fantastic setting, perfect for larger groups or for 2-3 families. The house is divided into two separate apartments, each with its own entrance, providing both privacy and flexibility. The lush, private garden is surrounded by several cozy patios, and the sea with cliffs is just a short walk away. The house is located 2 km from picturesque Mollösund, and the nearest bathing jetty can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Just 300 meters from the house is the bathing area Kyrkogårdsviken, convenient for a quick dip. Apartment 1 On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen and living room, three bedrooms with a total of six full-size beds (90 cm), and a bathroom. There are also generous living areas and a wood-burning stove that creates a cozy feeling. Apartment 2 On the upper floor there is a kitchen and living room, two bedrooms with three full-size beds (90 cm) and a bunk bed. Bathroom and laundry room are located on the ground floor. The house has a total of 11 regular beds, with the possibility of an extra bed. There is also a high chair. (Notify if necessary) There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Bed linen and towels are included, and the house is equipped with fiber-connected Wi-Fi. The heat and cold can be easily regulated with air source heat pumps on both floors. Smoking indoors is not allowed! Free parking for up to three cars is available on the grounds, and the house, which is approximately 190 sq m in size, has undergone a complete renovation in 2023 and 2024. This includes new finishes, modern kitchens and improved patios. For those who have a boat or jet ski, there is a boat ramp in nearby Lervikshamnen, as well as the possibility to borrow a boat berth (2.20 m wide) at no extra cost. Notify the home owner if you want to use this boat berth. The entire house is available to guests, with the exception of the garage. Mollösund is one of Sweden's oldest fishing villages dating back to the 16th century and is today best known as an idyllic summer resort. It offers several restaurants, an ice cream café and a fishmonger, as well as several swimming areas - one with a jumping tower. There are also padel courts, tennis, an outdoor gym and beautiful walking paths. If you need to charge a fire truck, there is a charging station at the tennis court in Mollösund. If you want to experience the archipelago at high speed, there are rib boat tours. For a day trip, Kärringön is recommended, a picturesque island where you take the ferry from Tuvesvik. The ferry also stops at Gullholmen and Härmanö along the way. The guest harbor in Mollösund has over a hundred berths, and along the quay you will find cozy cafes, restaurants and piers with inviting outdoor seating. The menus are dominated by fish and shellfish, which taste best when enjoyed with a view of the busy boat life in the busy waterway at Strömsund. Welcome to a gem on the west coast!
