Le niveau supérieur dispose d’un très frais loft avec vue sur la grande pièce, trois grandes chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes ainsi qu’une très grande deuxième salle familiale au-dessus du garage, parfaite pour un grand bureau à domicile ou un espace de vie supplémentaire. Mais attends juste de voir ce niveau inférieur. Un seul mot le décrit : WAOUH ! Il y a beaucoup d’espaces pour recevoir avec un bar humide sur mesure, un espace billard, une salle de théâtre, un coin salon douillet avec cuisinière à granulés, une chambre d’amis, une salle de bain complète et une salle de sport/stockage. Fraîchement peint sur la majeure partie de la maison, il est si frais et prêt pour ses nouveaux propriétaires. Le terrain privé au bout d’une longue allée est vallonné et magnifique, avec plusieurs saules pleureurs, magnolias, cornouillers, rosiers et bien d’autres. Cette maison dispose également d’un garage à entrée latérale pour deux voitures et d’une grande allée pour de nombreuses voitures. Accès facile à la Rt. 50 mais on a l’impression d’être à la campagne. 25 minutes jusqu’à BWI, DCA et 10 minutes jusqu’à Annapolis.

Esta casa também conta com uma garagem lateral para 2 carros e uma entrada de garagem grande para muitos carros. This home also features a 2 car side entry garage and oversized driveway for many cars. Easy access to Rt. 50 but feels like you are in the country. 25min to BWI, DCA and 10 min to Annapolis.

Ma aspetta di vedere questo livello inferiore. Lo descrive solo una parola: WOW! Il lotto privato alla fine di un lungo vialetto è ondulato e bellissimo, con diversi salici piangenti fioriti, magnolie, cornioli, rose e altro ancora. Questa casa dispone anche di un garage con ingresso laterale per 2 auto e un vialetto di vialetto sovradimensionato per molte auto. Facile accesso alla Rt. 50 ma sembra di essere in campagna. 25 minuti per BWI, DCA e 10 minuti per Annapolis.
